I hope he goes sub 47. Where is Mr. Warholm? He raced once indoors this year and that's it. I suppose he only raced once last indoor season as well, and didn't run outdoors last year until June for one race, and then nothing until August.
I think 47.0x is highly possible. Just worried about jetlag and such.
In a turnaround, it was said last year that the 400h was basically a weak event with slow unathletic guys who can't hack it in a flat 400. Is that changing again?

I don't know if that's been true for a while, if ever. Honestly I think 400mh hurdlers are a contender to be the best all around athletes in T&F.
Last year though it was certainly weak, except for Warholm , who was brilliant.

Norway has very strict quarantine rules to come back into the country. Not worth the missed training time prior to the Olympics.

Warholm is now banned from pounding his chest and legs until he gets his weak bench over 275 lbs.
Other than that he's in no position to be acting like he's tough or strong or something.

Thus far Warholm has had the edge, but both he and Benjamin have run rounds well thus far so I think we’ll have to wait and see how Warholm opens his season (does anyone know when that will be?)
