Bedford's spikes in the 70s were the same as what everyone else wore. Until Nike came out with Zoom spikes in the early-80s, they were all worthless.
Gola has running shoes available now.
Most of the time David Bedford wore Adidas.

That is incorrect. Track spikes back then were shaped to the foot with plenty of heel cushioning in the form of a half cup.
