Ran a 73.4s 500m on my own on the road the other week in the middle of a 4x200m, 500m, 4x200m session. Averaged 33s on the 1st set of 2s and 32s on the second. 5 minutes rest after the 500m and 90s after the 200s.
The 500m felt like a 7/10 effort.
