Hi there guys. I'm a 17 year-old high school runner with out a coach(who knows anything) I want to run under 2:00 this season. My best so far has been 2:05 indoor on about 40-45 base miles per week. What do I need to be doing at this point of the season? What should I avoid? I'd like to peak in the first week of June. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!
