I started going to a running track this week and for my last session I did
3x 200m followed by 3x 100m
I used to sprint on grass 3x per week but I took a 4 day break between track sessions to allow my body to recover fully so I wouldn't get any shin or calf pain. Ideally I will work up to 3 track sessions per week
Is there any specific way I should approach training? Is my routine of 3x 200 and 3x 100 fine for beginners?
