There is a bladerunner with the same name, but this Keita Sato has two legs, as you can see in the video, and 3:40 at 17, with 8 flat (and likely to drop), make him a great prospect. The winner was actually in the top ten Japanese runners all-time at 3:38. At present, he doesn't have great speed with just a 1:54 800m pr, but maybe he could do faster now. Right now, he's as fast as Hobbs Kessler in the 1500m but doesn't have the same 400m speed.
