So far, so good. Good team with Swangaard & Ato heading it up. Looks cold in Eugene, a bit nicer in DesMoines. Bring it on!

Pretty breezy in Des Moines was cloudy and cool until about an hour ago.
College W 800 up next then Pro W 1500. 1500 looks wide open. Schneider could win it but wouldn't be surprised if she didn't finish Top 5.
57 sunny in DesMoines but windy as noted. 50 in Eugene with a good chance of rain by tip off.
Ouch, Shields the W 1500 pacemaker way out there.
Galvin doing all the work. Osaka takes over with 300 to go then Scneider with 150 to go but Josette Norris out kicks her from the inside 4:06 .
Crazy how dominant Kampf (and Lipari) can be in the road miles but are seldom there on the track, unlike Jenny who has excelled at both.
Kara doing fine but she's totally 'sticking to the script'. Really highlights the difference between bringing in these ringers vs. the commentary you get with a Chavez & Merber. M 1500 up soon. Word is that the recently unattached Thies is pulling double duty as both an official entrant and the rabbit!

USATF.tv, needs a Runnerspace Plus subscription.
Clayton Murphy, Korir, Hill,.....about to take off. Girma Mecheso??? I thought he was now a marathoner? Thies right on the pacesetter.
Murphy takes it with a 3:39 which didn't come easy. Thies 8th with a 3:44. Andrews 11th in 3:47. Korir with a 3:57?!
Exciting result for Murphy
also Jeff Theis ran 3:42.78
Hope Andrews can get his wheels back
Keni Harrison down HARD !! Surprised to see her not get taken off on a stretcher.

I hope so too but nothing indicates it as of late. Both 1500s this month in 3:47 with only 8 weeks before the Trials.
With Drake winding down, too bad they won't shift over to Hayward for the W 5k. Curious to see Sara on the track again. It would be easy enough for them to do as the broadcast team are all on site there doing Drake remotely and have been doing live interviews from Eugene all day.
Sara's 5K pr is 15 years old! - 15:20

Who's they? If you have runnerspace just open the Oregon webcast.
Really good win by Alison Dos Santos in the men’s 400 hurdles. I could see him making a jump this year though I doubt that would be enough to scare the big three

He has not had wheels for a few years now. His time with Adidas might be coming to an end
