When is she going to race? It looks like she had some good indoor races in 2020 before covid hit. Is she good enough to be a dark horse in any of her primary races?
she's still testing fitness and being careful due to last injury. not super careful though. pretty tough still
She should switch to ultras and dominate the scene.

She'd make more money too.

But take that with a grain of salt, she had a few minor injuries and isn't really back to "normal" training, afaik.
I appreciate the gym footage afterward. So much work happens off the track. I'm lucky if I can remind myself to do a few situps 3 or 4 times a week.
I thought most legit pro groups had permission from local schools to use their tracks, so why did I she have to go somewhere with no guaranteed access?
PRs of 9:30, 15:24, 32:06. Those are not elite.
That whining about how she hates wind. Why? Because is makes her times slower? She's got to get over that. Training in the wind gives several benefits.
Can anyone else here list them.

Toughen up? This is a runner who grew up and trained in Alaska. Having lived there I can tell you first hand that conditions in the winter are not running conditions. She also won the Mount Marathon race about 7 or 8 times including her years in the junior race. That is a race where the prevailing opinion is if you reach the finish line without some blood on you then you didn't run hard enough. But enjoy your 400-meter Mondo track surface.
she certainly has no fear of attacking vertical courses
How long ago was that? Maybe Jim Ryun can win the Olympic Trials this year.
I am a fan of Allie from her videos. She is entertaining. I like her cooking, banter with teammates and insulting of Spencer. She seems like a gutsy runner. Rooting for her. Go Allie go!
Can't get past her whiney voice on her videos.
Did everyone but me understand the line: "I thought I was injured but I wasn't"? So what was it, then?
She's way tougher than you wrote:

Why is she whining about the wind if she is so tough?

i think i should watch that video on allies channel of her doing the mt marathon race every day this week to remind me to get up and try. and put on those gloves.
she is tough for sure. but sometimes looks kind of normal crying about not another bike ride. but she's right. i dont want to be stuck on bike either.
wow seems very high maintenance no shock she ended up with this team instead of something like Bowerman
cries when it is windy
could only cool down on the track? She was only able to get a 30 sec cool down in before getting kicked off the track. She had the entire world to cool down in she couldn't go somewhere else besides the track?
There are plenty of tracks available to workout on here. She just decided to run on the private school track that is known to kick people off.
So no, it isn’t hard to find tracks as you suggest.
