Word on the street is they are going to rebrand as Sub Elite.

No self respecting coach is going to come into that group if there’s a plan to continue calling it Tinman Elite. The group is relatively media savvy: they’ll take the chance to re-announce themselves with splashy new branding.
There are registered trademarks for "Tinman Elite" from December. It's easy to search yourself at the uspto.gov. The name listed is an attorney, I think.
Sounds like an ultra-right wing militia group
Who would want to coach them given:
1. They have probably run to their potential -most have good PR's under Tom.
2. There doesn't appear to be a financial incentive.
3. They could cut you by a team vote without your knowledge at any time for no apparent reason.
4. They don't appear to like listening to their coaches advice.

Registered trademarks can be canceled if they can reasonably be understood to refer to a living person who hasn't given written consent.

The Tinman Elite trademarks are only applications at this point. They haven't yet been federally registered. Owner/Applicant is "Tinman Elite, LLC" ... who is/are the principles of that LLC? I would think Schwartz would be at least part owner.
Either way, Schwartz would be well-advised to seek competent trademark counsel of his own, and consider opposing registration of the Tinman Elite trademarks at the USPTO.

And yes, the attorney representing Tinman Elite, LLC on these trademark applications is this Boulder IP attorney:
https://jahnlaw.com/about/Who cares. The group is full of a bunch of people that aren’t that fast or talented and an underperforming/ overrated drew hunter. They don’t deserve to be even mentioned on the boards. They are basically a local running club

I am Tinman...
I think they'll eventually realize it's a PR nightmare and they'll take a major reputation hit if they don't change, so that'll lead to rebranding.
It doesn't seem like such a bad move. There is a lot of attention on them so it's not like people are going to miss it if they change the name then not know who they are. Also will allow them the chance to sell gear with the new name on it.
But then Parsons will have to convince another graphic designer to come up with a logo he won't pay for and can change the colors of to satisfy he's needs as a "creator"
Sam Parsons was the head of his high school's young republican chapter
Rebranded as Tungsten Elite... keeping logo. :)

i want this to happen
They'll have to settle an agreement and give the OG Tinman some % of all their yearly income from selling Tinman branded gear.
Who made the name super popular -- the guys on the team or the coach? Change it or don't. It won't matter. The guys know how to brand, have a following, and pump out good content.

I mean do you want to be judged at 16 when you had no clue about a thing in life & only had the socialization of your parents?
Just a quick check on him now: tweets support of Clemson T&F, remembrance to Amaud Arbery, mocks Trump's false claims of election fraud.
Tinman is a middle-aged dude who has lived a lot of life and is like, yeah, I don't see any problems with Donald Trump.
This is not the same thing at all.
