I have been doing 80miles a week average for last 10 weeks. Just recently did(today) 3 x 3mile with 3 min rest in 15:30, 15:24, 15:15. What can i run for the half marathon off this?

1:07-1:08?
I did 8 x 1 mile reps with 2 min rest in 5:03 avg last week. Aswell.
Thats what i was figuring 1:07?
Solid and strong endurance session. 1:07:00 to 1:07:30.
If you are a racer, I think 1:06 is possible. If you are more a workout warrior you may be looking at 1:07 ish
