some of his bullsh!t training ideas got a lot of good responses from people with more wisdom. he's been kind of helpful in a backwards sort of way
I like almost all of shams posts except the political ones. His workout ideas and 7-minute theory remind all of us of what it was once like to be in high school and feel invincible. Sham, please continue posting and bringing back the nostalgic memories of these message board has beens. And if you want to work in politics, the "nightmares of nanny pelosi making me run a marathon" is a clever way to do it.
Her handle should be Queen Follower. It is ridiculous for anyone to credit Des with running even pace when all she did was follow her pacer for the entire race. He moved out of the way at the finish to give her the photo op. She never even had to look at her watch as he told her every mile split.
Why would you care? Just let her be. U want to know her every move? Some people need to get a life
