Hi all
I'm following a 10-week training plan for a 10K race, and this Saturday calls for a "Parkrun." No details are given on what this is. I did a quick google search and it seems to be an outdoor event run around the world on Saturday mornings. I looked up my local events in Vancouver, BC, and all Parkruns are cancelled due to COVID. What shall I replace this with in my training schedule? Note - I do not know how far a Parkrun is, or what difficulty level is usually involved.
