I was wondering if anyone knew what Alan Webb does for his lifting/core stengthing program. I know they had a thing in Runners World a while back about it but I don't get Runners World so I was wondering if anyone on here knew.

sit-ups
He has a 3 year old grizzly bear named "the Fonz" who he tussles with every morning for about an hour. He usually starts in the standing position gripping the bears shoulders and trying to use his core and balance to pull the bear to the ground. After about 30 minutes of this, he allows to bear to pull him down and proceeds to roll around and use his core and arms to pull the bear over him, or himself over the bear. It is a solid workout. I hear he is thinking of upgrading to polar bear soon.
