I assume the first workout is +20s. The third one is silly. That’s almost a race since you are doing 4 straight miles at 10K pace. Might as well just do a 5K TT if you are going to burn that hot.

There’s not much specific 5k work here. Why not a 5 x 1k @ race pace or, if you want to build up some aerobic capacity the week of, 5 x 1 mile @ threshold?
