Probably only averaging about 26 miles per week. I run 5 times a week and do weights/pullups and some bodyweight squats and lunges on the other two days. I am 5 foot 7 and 174 pounds.
Think I can go sub 18 next Saturday? The 5x1k would have been my last hard workout. Will do some easy running this weekend and taper next week. In the 5x1k session I did before my 19:30 pb, I averaged 3:51 p/k and was pretty dead at the end of it....
