I’m a senior in high school with prs of 15:15(track), 9:25, and 4:18. I’m 6’2 and weigh 165. Would dropping 5-10 pounds help at all?

You are the same height weight as Chris Solinsky, former 26:59/10,000 runner. To answer your question it would be helpful to know your body fat composition but I would say that you could probably lose around 10 to 15 pounds for optimal performance.
Ghost, I've told you this before, GTFOH with you eating disorder crap.
^^ If you have a very unhealthy diet or something, it's possible you could shed a few pounds, but this should be natural and not forced. Your primary concern should be eating enough food so that you have enough energy for training. If you force yourself to lose weight, you will increase your risk of getting injured. It's much better to just train consistently and not worry about weight too much.
Why do you keep doing this? Posting your pro anorexia stupidity over and over?
It's your decision what weight you want to be at. A healthy weight is between a BMI of 18.5 - 24.9.
