Currently deciding between the above 3 for an upcoming race. Not asking which is best for me personally, since I don’t expect online strangers to know that. Just curious which of those three you would choose and why.

VF
I don’t use flats anymore for longer workouts, and I’ve never tried Matumbos. VFs feel good at 10k pace and the while the turns can be a little uncomfortable I’d rather have that than sore calves from the the flats or spikes.
Time Trial - Vaporfly 4%
Kick to the Finish - Zoom Matumbo 3
If someone haven't use spikes for quite a while or don't feel like using spikes, I would then prefer Streaks.
VF 4%'s are banned from track comps soo....
New Streakfly will be epic for 10k
I'm seeing opposite ends of the spectrum there, Marathon shoes & </=5k track shoes.
I'd much rather be in a Reebok Floatride Run Fast PRO, or Sketchers VANISH. They are as light as track flats but have an appreciable midsole.

LT4s are the perfect middle ground. Not as aggressive as the spikes but still good enough for a faster pace at the end of a race. VF dont feel good around the turn fro me so i wouldn't choose those. Thats just my preference though. Good Luck!
I think the VFs are banned on the track. I would go for a distance spike (something with some sort of cushioning) or a flat. Pretty sure Nike released a spiked version of the LT. Seems like a good middle ground.
Nike Dragonfly spikes are FANTASTIC if you want to use spikes, otherwise Vaporfly will be great
vaporflies are banned on the track and depending on the sanctioning body for your race could see you dq'ed.
Streak LT 4 for the win. I have been using a pair for the last two years. used it for my road races, outdoor 10k, indoor 5k, and sometimes during xc when courses are not perfect for spikes.
I would probably choose the lt4 but more specifically the spike flat version, it has the best of both worlds. Good cushioning but with the matumbo spike plate built in
