20 year old male in college.
Ran 17:14, 10:34, 4:49, 2:12 in highschool.
Probably could have run a bit faster in each but I had alot of injuries. Started running again recently and just did this workout.
2 sets of 2 400s @ 800 pace. 1 minute recovery between reps, 10 mins between sets.
Splits: 66, 65, 64, 68.
My highschool pr was only a 62 in the 400. Pretty much had no leg speed.
Could I actually run around a 2:15 right now??
Been running about ~20 miles a week recently.
Ran a low 18 5k on a treadmill recently.
