7th place at NCAA’s despite Mantz grabbing the individual title.

NAU ran a great race. I am especially happy to see Blaise Ferro run the race he did. He is absolute class and a threat when healthy. BYU did not have their day.
They won the women's race by a huge margin.
Don't know who he is, but his interview/comments during the post race was ridiculous. He sounded like "A" hole.
I thought Lalo was gonna win...anyone know what happened to Colorado mens team??
Women won their team championship, Mantz won the individual mens championship.
I guarantee you they are not devastated by this result... no school would be.
They’re 3rd best guy had to drop out. I don’t think they can be too disappointed. Mantz gets the win, women get the win. Pretty good weekend.

Aren't there already several threads about this from other years we can just bump?

They couldn’t handle the big boy hill time. Shouts out to the real Rocky Mountain teams SUU and USU for showing them how it’s done ?
1 individual title and 1 team title is really solid. They are the least devastated of the schools technically.
no, i meant like they weren't even at the meet

Lol +1
#3 guy dropped out. Shumway was a solid 50+ points back from where he was 2 years ago. Very bad day for BYU.
Ultimately it's going to be very hard for anyone to consistently compete with NAU. They are getting tons of talent every single year.

You mean the 2 teams from Utah that BYU beat lol? Nice try.
WHOS SMILING NOW??? Certainly not Shumway back in 84th
Can someone explain what was going on with the BYU men's team score at the intermediate splits? Up through 9K, BYU's team score inlcuded a low score, about 11 to 14 points, which was not showing up in the individual listing. At 9K for example, the BYU team score is 1-11-12-74-91, but on the individual list, the scores go from 10 to 12 with nobody with 11 points. Something similar happens at the earlier splits. Then, going from 9K to finish, that unexplained low score goes away, and their team score goes to 1-12-69-70-102, i.e. their score go up 65 points.
Shumway scored more points for BYU on his own than the entirety of NAU
Garnica dropped after 9k.
