Was it the shoes? Tanner was in Adidas. The top four were in Dragonfly’s it the new victory. He is out by .01. If he was in new Nike spikes would he have made it in?

More honest race? He looked like he was barely moving by the end and just didn't have it today. A faster pace would have hurt him even more.

He had also been racing in the nike spikes all season. Now that he has to run in Adidas, he is at an even bigger disadvantage having not raced in them. Dumb decision

Such a bummer. I was rooting for him and had him second in my LRC bracket.

Heat 2 screwed themselves. It looked like there was shoving pretty much the whole race. And it looked like people were passing each other back and forth the whole race. They probably ran more like a 1650.

The first heat was fast and then heat two went out in 64? These guys are idiots.

Heat 1 benefitted from the Ducks taking it out fairly honest from the start and working together.

It was a slow tactical race. I felt like some people once they moved to the front should have dione more to stay there instead of having to make another move a lap later.

Good to see Aussie Adam Fogg make the final.

Andy can’t coach guys in championship races or regional races! Tanner was being cocky and thought he was hot stuff, smiling while running a 3:55 mile! Dude can’t even make a ncaa final

Maybe Tanner didn't want to make it out. He's on the heat sheet for the XC meet on Monday.
