About a week ago my water has broke so I have been taking cold showers continuously everyday, one thing i have noticed is i feel a lot more drowsy on my runs. There are 3 anwsers as to why this is, 1. I am overtraining, 2. It's preseason and my body is adapting to the workouts along with the mileage, 3. Cold showers are sedating me and inhibiting my recovery.
Which one do you think it is? I hope to god it is not the cold showers so I can keep clean.
