TFRRS is where all college results of rankings can be found. You can go into the archives on the website and see each event broken down.
TFRRS has all the data you need. They don't provide any data downloads though. I can't imagine a 1 year extract of the entire database would be more than a GB. There would probably be a good amount of college students who would enjoy using the data for a project.
