Good morning letsrun.
I have scientifically observed that all people, as they lose weight, also go DOWN in shoe size and spike size.
I previously wore an 11.5 or 12, and since losing weight, I now wear a size 10. Shoes and spikes that use to fit me are now way too big.
You probably already know the reasoning for this.
As you lose weight, all the fat and meat and protein around your feet bones and toe bones also diminishes. All of the degradation of these macromolecules and excess skin results in a thinner foot and smaller shoe size.
Just a word of advice. Be prepared to order much smaller shoes and don't assume that you will be able to fulfill the size of shoes you once wore.
