Once you're found guilty and officially suspended, the athlete should be ordered to pay back money to races he or she won money at for a set period and every single record they set should be vanished from the record books. Every title or anything they won! That is just the right thing to do, and under no circumstances should they be in any hall of fame. That is absolutely unacceptable, like in the case of Mary Decker. We can't say well she was clean for these races, so good job Mary, but dirty for these, so the good out ways the bad,no, everything should be taken from the record books. Just like Kevin Castille, he should forever be known as a cheater. Just some dude we can't say how fast he was naturally, but we can say he is just a cheater and he should be making payments to races right about now. It's the right thing to do. Seeing Mary Decker's name in the USATF Hall Of Shame is disturbing.
