Anyone try the Nike Invincible? How does it feel underfoot?

Great cushioning. Wide toe box, especially for a Nike.
It’s faster than similar cushioned shoes, in my opinion.
Some people don’t like the upper. I think it’s totally fine. Might get hot depending on where you live.
Traction is superb. I’m a big fan of the outsole.
If I had to be nit picky I would say it’s a tiny bit clunky - sort of expected with a shoe that size.
The zoomx is sprayed with something which I assume is done to add to durability. I don’t see this one chipping as easily as the vaporfly.
The lockdown is great. I have had no issues and haven’t been doing a runners knot. Some people say the laces are too short to do a runners knot.
I think most runners will easily get 400 miles out of them. I don’t see them wearing easily, unless you’re hard on your shoes.
Bouncy, better cushioning than my Clifton yet faster. Toebox is similar to the Clifton (wide model). ZoomX hasn’t exploded like on my 4%.
Laces are short, ditch them if you use a runners knot. Managed to get a mini cut in the exposed foam from a small stone, but otherwise these seem durable. Nike went overboard with the material around the heel — it’s like the Bondi.
Overall a good shoe, just expensive.
It is not good if you have a case of puzzyfoot.
Sorry, I feel that I need to elaborate on my point above. If you have wide feet, BUT you have puzzyfoot too, it won't be a good fit. If you have elfie feet (and no puzzyfoot) it might work out. It isn't my favorite shoe by Nike, but I'd say it's in the upper echelons.

Something about this post makes me deeply uncomfortable.
Me too :(
I just ran in them for a warm up/cool down. I love this shoe. Maybe the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn (running or other). Definitely the love child of the infinity react and next%. Super bouncy, supportive and comfortable.
The laces suck.
Are they available in brick and mortar stores yet?
I find the sizing/fit in Nike shoes to be inconsistent and want to try them on before I buy.
They offer free returns, just buy multiple sizes
My Invincibles arrived yesterday. I haven't run in them because I have another pair ordered in my preferred colorway (which was sold out for a few days) and I want to compare them before deciding which one to keep. However, I did try them on.
First impressions:
-Very cushy
-Comfortable toe box and, with gratitude, a wider midfoot than many Nike models
-Roughly true to size. Perhaps very slightly longer than my other Nike shoes, but not even a half size longer.
-Not a fan of any of the colorways, but I'll probably keep the black/chili/green. Second choice is the white.
They will gradually replace my Pegasus37s, a shoe that I have found serviceable but uncomfortably narrow in the midfoot.
I'm stoked to try these out. But I'm scared of the $180 price tag.
Big fan of these after about 100 miles in them.
Pros:
I would say that they are super comfortable, very squishy and perfect for easy runs.
Cons:
They’re not built for anything faster than about 7 min miling IMO...
They’re too expensive for a mileage shoe

I would have to argue this. I ran a few progression runs with the last 30 min between 5:50 and 6:20 per mile pace.
Granted it’s not a traditional tempo day shoe but you can certainly pick up the pace in it if you’re feeling good.
I don’t even particularly love the shoe. So much cushion in the heel that goes wasted if you’re a midfoot/forefoot striker.
The shoe does feel a bit cumbersome at higher speeds, but I actually prefer it to the Tempo Next% and Endorphin Speed. The Endorphin is too squishy without enough rebound. The tempo next is just super clunky (even though you can run fast in it).
The invincible has amazing rebound. I don’t use the term energy return because I don’t know how the hell one would measure that.
If you’re a Nike fan a good rotation would be
Invincible - easy / steady / long
Peg turbo 1 or 2 / Vomero 14 - steady +
Streak - tempo / track / 5k-10k road race
Vaporfly / alphafly - race 10km / track workout if you need more cushion
I am 70 mpw runner, and went out on an easy 5 miler, and came back with screaming achilles in these.
No sign of achilles problems prior to the run.
Def not invincible
Felt great, up until the achilles issue

Seth, WHY did you decide to scream "lockdown" with all shoes? I've been running since the late-70s, and have simply put my shoes on since that time. Some are laced tight, others not. It is what it is.
The Invincible is okay, but I still think the Tiger Novablast does it better.
So now you're calling ASICS 'Tiger'? Okay, then.
Yeah, it's Runza Hut, and Datsun, too. Sorry to confuse you.
Although there is a connection, I wouldn't consider them strictly synonymous, since Onitsuka Tigers is one sport shoe brand of ASICS, and the NovaBlast does not fall under that brand.
"In 1977, Onitsuka Tiger merged with GTO and JELENK to form ASICS Corporation. Despite the name change, a vintage range of ASICS shoes are still produced and sold internationally under the Onitsuka Tiger label."
Interesting history.
It remains to be determined whether ASICS will respond admirably to the VaporFly and AlphaFly onslaught. Are the Sara Hall prototypes and/or new Yuki Kawauchi model using Peba Foam, or something else?

I also have about 100 miles in them. They are super comfy and even more so underfoot than the turbo 2. The upper as a bit too much to be desired - could be more low cut imo.
The wide heel has hit my in side ankle a few times but that's just me I guess.
I disagree on the speed. I've taken them down to a 5k at a 5:45 pace/3:35/km and they felt great.
