Saw that. Looked well positioned with 350 to go, 200 to go, and then all of a sudden wasn’t there after Bartelsmeyer went around him.

not sure if anyone else saw this, but there was clip on the livestream of Hill walking around before race and looked like a pretty glaring limp just walking?? maybe just how he walks, but without knowing any better, it looked very off
RA posted on instagram that he's apparently having calf problems but his training must've indicated maybe he was ready to race so he went for it in Texas.

I also saw that, LOL! I thought it looked like a menacing “cawk of the walk” strut, though. Like exuding ultra confidence, or psyching himself up, or intimidating his opponents.
He looked like a boxer entering the ring!
I think as serious runners we are highly attuned to biomechanics and notice stuff like this.
