One is raw one is with a dead lift suit.
Thor was wearing a deadlift suit? Looked like just a shirt.
Here are the current various records:
Standard Equipped Deadlift (with a deadlift suit and straps) – 501 kg (1,105 lb) held by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson
Standard Raw Deadlift (no deadlift suit or straps) – 460 kg (1,014 lb) held by Benedikt Magnússon
Elephant Bar Deadlift (with straps) – 474 kg (1,045 lb) held by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (2019 Arnold Strongman Classic)
Hummer Tire Deadlift (with straps) – 545.2 kg (1,202 lb) held by Jean-Francois Caron (2020 Shaw Classic)
The suit doesn't help much in the DL compared to the Bench or Squat. Like 3-5% more on the DL, 20-30% on Squat, 30-40% on Bench. The suits are generally different. Thor was wearing a suit.
With a tight enough Squat or Bench suit you won't be able to squat down or lower a bar to your chest unless it has weight in it. They are literally springs lol.
