Okay so I got back from my heart issue and I had 3 days to train. After that I ran the 3 mile distance and sort of went easy to not hurt myself. I got 21:01 if that matters. Okay, so I was just wondering because now I have 2 days in between now and the next race and I was wondering if that was enough time to actually improve or to just do 2 easy running days.
