too many unless you are elite? Seb Coe workout from back in the day.
Break it into sets 4x5x200 2 min between sets. Also if you want a good 800m you need some lactate tolerance work. Try 2x3x400/200 400 at 3k pace 30 seconds rest 200 at faster pace for my athletes 65-66 200m in 28-29 with 2 min rest between efforts. Better yet 6-7x300m hill at 1500m pace with 3 min recovery.
