Hoppel takes it down. Bittersweet. I think Torrence would have loved to have seen it go down, but it's a farewell to a mark he left on the sport.

RIP DT

RIP David <3
I don't understand why someone would run an event that will get you nowhere at the NCAA meet. After all, that's what it's all about.
Why waste your time running an event that is not run at the national meet, especially during covid. You run a good time in the 1000m, next day NCAA track is cancelled and the 1000m you ran is now moot.
Focus on the events sanctioned by the NCAA.
he's a pro dumb ass
RIP Big Wave. Remember watching that AR, he was so jacked.

Peak Big Wave Dave:
Torrence was one of my first idols, loved watching him finish crazy fast races
I met David before and he really enjoyed running and loved the sport.
I still don’t understand what happened with that pool.

They should go back to running the 500/1000 at the NCAA. Made indoors a lot more unique.....
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
