What do you mean that you can run 28s?
From a standing start or on the fly?
In track spikes or racing flats or training shoes?
28.1, or 28.5, or 28.8.
Tempo session? How far did you run and how fast?
If you are interested, try running a 300-100-200, with 6 min recovery between intervals.
All standing start, and all in training shoes.
See how you run.
Then you can predict a 400m on the fly in spikes.
Eventually, the 600m will come into play.
