Three times over old WR so far.
Pretty cool....
Watching this when the playoffs are in commercial.
One stick figure belly flopped because she doesn’t know how to pass safely. Lol
Shiver me timbers!!! What a beast. Too bad no one watched the meet. Production was pretty terrible. Not sure if that's on ESPN or on ATL people.

Yea this production was pretty poor and what what you would expect from ESPN. It is almost like they were caught off guard at the start and were scrambling to get things going.

Not sure this is on ESPN. They provided the airtime but surely this was not their production team. Still a bummer.
Awesome for him to beat the record, especially because it was held by Randy Barnes, a guy caught doping twice.
Glad you at least posted something about the meet. I was surprised no one else had yet.

Most US runners who compete are in HS. A lot of us figured out early on the advantages of getting along with the big strong guys.

He's right, though. Who cares about throwing? Running and jumping is where it's at.

Come on you can't just ignore shot put shoe tech!!!

I don't know, ask the meet director. Crouser is certainly part of the regular testing pool.
I always presume clean until proven otherwise to preserve my enjoyment of the sport. Better than being completely jaded.

This troll was clearly obvious. You did not need to respond.
Why are indoor field records less than outdoor? I am guessing that the best in the world are at their best for outdoor championships like the Olympics and never have their peak performances in winter?
Anyone else curious about how that landing pad appeared to end short of his throw, which would make his throw a little longer if it landed past the end of the pad?
