I think a lot of folks here would actually champion Amazon's Trumps cancellation program so they are likely to look away on this. Those affected are an acceptable loss to them.

Trump had no vaccination distribution plan. You cannot blame Amazon for failing to offer help with a plan that did not exist.

Amazon did make a similar bid a month or two ago in an attempt to get vaccine priority for their "essential workers".

Regardless, the Trump administration could have drafted Amazon's support under the Defense Production Act at any time had they chosen to do so.
