Recommendations for long runs that have marathon or half marathon pace work built in? Need enough support for 16-20 miles but want to be able to pick up the pace. Looking for a trainer as opposed to a racing shoe.

I like to use the Hoka Carbon Xs, they are technically racing shoes but last for 300 or so miles, have a carbon fiber plate, a solid amount of cushioning and good stability.
They are also on sale for around 120$ on a lot of websites
Nike Tubro 1 or 2, Adidas Boston or SL20, Zoom Fly if you’re racing in plated shoes to name a few.
Endorphin Speed, Floatride Run Fast v1, GOrun Razor 3+, Zoom Fly Flyknit (v2), Peg Turbo 2 may work for some people.
I second the Adidas SL20. I've done several 15-20 milers in them that included mp. Averaged 6:15 pace for 20 last week, with no foot fatigue.

Floatride Run Fast? What? That’s a speed day shoe.
