Let’s say you were given an unlimited amount of money to spend.
Rules:
You can’t invest any of it. (Why invest if you have unlimited money anyway?)
You can buy and furnish houses to live in or stay at but not that others to live in.
You can’t give any money away or pay more than goods or services are worth.
You can pay for meals for people dining with you and pay party expenses for parties you host.
Basically all spending has to be for you.
How would you spend it?
It isn't really spending money if it's infinite, is it? At this point it's pretty much asking - What are all the material things you'd wish for?
This being said, first I'd pay you off to get you to change the rules so I could give money to people. Then, I would commit one of the few crimes that is illegal to attempt but legal to do - I would bribe every cop. Just to say I did
So basically I would not be able to buy my kids or wife birthday gifts or send my kids to college or help them financially in any way. What would be the point of only spending money on myself?
I would buy lots and lots and lots of ladies.

Well, what are the material things that you wish for?
Keep in mind there is a process to this and you are limited by time. It’s not like a nod and a blink and everything appears before you.
For every car you buy you have to go out and make the transaction.
Any gadget or clothes had to be shopped for and stored by you.
You need to prioritize your wishes and plan how to obtain them.
The first thing you get, the second thing you get, etc.

I don't seen anything in those rules against hotels. If I pay for a room for myself can't someone else stay there with me as long as I don't pay for anything extra besides meals we eat together?

Yes. People can live with you.
In fact, the only way to pay for housing of others is to live with them.

This thought experiment isn’t real, hence the question is invalid. There is no such thing as “unlimited money,” and in real life there are no dumb rules about what you can’t spend your own money on unless the government makes them. If I had $10M, I would save/invest $8M of it, then invest the rest doing creative work with causes of interest to me. I would never buy a bunch of expensive f*cking houses and cars. The way I’m wired, I live below my means.

What type of work would that be in creative causes of interest? Just curious.
I have no interest in houses/cars, the usual BS either, btw.
