After checking on some of my friends' runs on strava, I came across one of Seth James DeMoor's easy runs. This was a 10 mile run just under 9 minute pace. His heart rate was 109 on average, often dipping below 100 and never really increasing a ton. Anyone here know what that's like? I'll have full conversations on long runs with 150-160 hr, so I cant imagine that. Even if not, still pretty interesting and inspiring. That level of fitness is absurd. Also, for someone like him, isn't that too easy? I know you really can't go too slow on recovery days, but 109 heart rate I mean come on. https://www.strava.com/activities/4454954223 is the run.
