To the gentlemen of LRC:
Today on a lovely 11 mile run in 30 degree weather, I felt quite cold in a certain area. It was so cold that I physically felt pain. Is this normal? What do you guys to to prevent yourself from freezing?
I was wearing short shorts which might have made a difference, however if im hurting at 30 degrees in short shorts, not even tights and underwear will keep me safe at 5 degrees.
