My nipples are getting torn to shreds

I shave the hair around my nipples and use band aids. Sometimes a tight fitting shirt works as well.

The more I run with my shirt off, the more sensitive they get.

If I always wear a shirt, they toughen up.

You can buy nip guards. They fall off too but less . Try different fabric shirt

Body Glide works great. I stopped using tape and band aids years ago.

Nipeaze. They stick really well and are unobtrusive. They absolutely will not come off until you want them too--you can shower with them on and they'll stay put. You could probably wear them in a triathlon and they'd stay on.

One of those tight fitting polyester/spandex shirts. It fit tight enough so there is no friction. They are good underlayers with a looser long sleeve Tee, or short sleeve too.

I have found that shaving the hair around my nipples and using electrical tape works better than anything else I've tried. I'm a very heavy sweater and bandaids don't survive. There isn't enough vaseline or bodyglide in the world to do enough. It's a super cheap option too.

Tight Tee works for my upper. Lower I wear another brief that are shorter under the tights. Seems to help. I do it in the summer under my 3" inseam running shorts too. Think it wicks moister away to the outer and keeps thinks in place better- just don't wear cotton.

cotton t-shirts are much easier on the nipples than techwear...as long as you aren't sweating.

So depends on where you live, but maybe cotton would work for you

Try chamois creme for that. It's what cyclists use to prevent saddle sores. I use a brand called Chamois Butt'r. I usually don't need it when running, but have used it on long runs when wearing certain shorts that chafe and it worked for that.

Waterproof athletic tape

Only fools by Band-Aids and tape for their nipples.

Do yourself a favor and buy new skin, or an off-brand. You apply it like rubber cement and that stuff doesn't go anywhere. You can leave it on for days if you want and it's easy to peel off. I swear by it.

It seems like a lot of you on this thread need some serious help. Use new skin on the nipples, use Vaseline below the belt. Both cheap options that last a long time. Body glide tends to stain shirts along with Vaseline. Band-Aids just don't stick that well if you sweat like a normal adult.

Try filing them, maybe that will help.

Or you could maybe buy that slinky running top someone was talking about in the other thread, they said the T shirt felt like lotion.

This person is correct. It will work. You apply it and it tries in less than a minute and it can stay on for days if you choose not to peel it off. Glad there is somebody else who does this lol
