Yea, based on interviews I've seen, he's kind of a buckethead (I don't mean the guy who wears a KFC bucket on his head and plays guitar).
As with many, this happened to me too.
Was at a conference in Germany, and fainted for what felt like no reason after waking up, and broke my nose. The most terrifying experiences I've ever had. I could feel myself spurting in and out of consciousness akin to some sort of seizure. I came out of it to puddles of blood on the floor! Threw up from the pain multiple times. The German ENS doctor cleaned my ear afterward and it hurt, even on IV dripped painkillers!
The seconds preceding I definitely just felt lightheaded, as one does when they stand up too quickly.
Ever since I've gotten weird "visions" of falling, especially when running on rocky trails, and can feel pressure on my nose when i come close to falling.
Very common. Best to sit down when you piss at night.

There is a test for this: The Tilt Table test. It's very simple in concept. I took it and I remember feeling very uncomfortable, but I passed. On the other hand, I know someone who took it and he claims he passed out, and they almost had to get out the paddles to revive him.
Yeah that’s right, it’s to diagnose POTS. I just got diagnosed with it recently, weird how you always end up seeing things more right after you become aware of it’s existence. If this happens to you, along with fatigue, maybe get checked.
Who would have thought plumbing and pressure differences would work this way ........
