If you work 40 hours a week there’s still plenty of time to run twice a day every day. 50 hours a week, and doubling every day still isn’t unrealistic
Well, yes, if running and work are the only things in your life. I ran all of my PRs, including an OT qualifying marathon, while I was working 50-60 hours per week. But that was when I was unmarried, no boyfriend, no pets, and living in a no-maintenance condo. Pretty hard to train really seriously when you have both a real job and a family.
