As the title states it what kind of PRs would I need to have if I want to be able to break 15minutes in the 5k? What kind of PRS for: mile, 3200, or even 800 should have?
thanks for the help!

Here is what a 15:00 5k runner is capable of. But it not set in stone some people have faster or slower prs in other events.
vLT 5:15vVO2 4:34CV 5:00
DISTANCE TIME PACE
100m 12.7 3:24
200m 25.4 3:24
400m 53.0 3:33
500m 1:09.1 3:42
600m 1:24.9 3:47
800m 1:56.4 3:54
1000m 2:33.0 4:06
1500m 3:59.7 4:17
1600m 4:17.6 4:19
Mile 4:19.3 4:19
2000m 5:29.2 4:24
1.5 Miles 6:45.1 4:30
3000m 8:32.3 4:34
3200m 9:07.4 4:35
2 Miles 9:10.8 4:35
4000m 11:44 4:43
3 Miles 14:22 4:47
5000m 15:00 4:50
Depends
speed to break 15min 5k ? 5.55555555556 m/s
There are some 59.xx 400m guys or gals who have raced sub-15 5000m, but most 59.xx 400m athletes do not race sub-15 5000m. There are some 49.xx 400m guys who have raced sub-15 5000m but most 49.xx 400m guys do not race sub-15 5000m. I assume it would be near impossible to race sub-15 5000m without at least sub-70 400m speed.
Karissa Schweizer can run 14:25 but only 2:04 in the 800. The slowest 15 minute PRs are probably 60-2:10-4:40.
For me, went from 15:15 to 14:49 , my PRs that season (indoor, 200m flat tracks) were 1:55, 4:12 (DMR split, not an actual 1600), 8:37. I only ran two 3ks that season, and the 8:37 was the day after the 14:49, so probably could have gone faster.
I also ran a 3:55 1500 and 31:3x 10K outdoors later that year, if that gives you some idea. My training was very strength oriented, with very little focus on any one event unfortunately.

So that means I might have a chance of running sub 15? Current PRs are:
400 57
800 1:58
1500 4:03
5k 15:17

Every time someone asks a question like this, there's always some cheeto-fingered 50 year old balding man typing this response out, and there has yet to be a single time where it was funny

Yes you have a chance, although that will also depend on how old you are, and how long/what kind of training you've been doing to get to your current PRs.
For what it's worth, I did a 15-flat 5k off of 57/2:03/4:33 mile.
I'm surprised you can go 1:58 in the 800 with "only" 57-second 400 speed; that's an outlier performance.
