Background - Wasn't very good in college, PR's of 3:54 1500, 8:30 3k, 14:59 5k. Graduated about a year and a half ago, I have not run much in the last year since then. Probably like 4 mile runs 3 days a week.
I am going to start training to run a half marathon in April/May timeframe. What do we think I can run assuming I train at around 70-75% of what I did in college?
