I just finished my freshman cross country season. It did not go well at all. I ran 17:04 on a fast course and that was about the only good race I had. I finished the season with a disappointing regionals performance where I only ran 18:06 and finished outside the top 100 on a muddy, hilly course. I’m going to be using this thread to log my training from now on. Feel free to check in I’ll probably post it once a week. To start off, I’m going to take 2 weeks off with only cross training.
