(I did run the 800m ONCE in 10th grade (2016) with a 2:13. I was not in track shape at the time, it was a summer meet - but that was with competition.. haven't ran the 800 since until a couple of days ago on my time trial)
Yeah so, I did a time trial in the 8 a couple of days solo 2:15. I used to run in high school but I was never an 8 guy. I specialized in the 4, with a pr of 50.7 (2018). I also did a 400 time trial the same day of the 8 and came through with a 53. I'm not competing anymore but I still want to smash some personal records. 20yrs old rn. I don't really have a structured training plan either.
How many seconds, give or take if it was to be in competition. How many seconds would the average person shave off from their time trial? I want to break 2, but I don't even know if thats possible without competition and training on my own.
Mile PR is 4:53 if that helps.. (ran it in September and my PR before that was 5:21 back in June) I'm not a distance guy my fastest 5k is like 19 minutes lmao. and 600m PR is 1:26 (2018)
