100% that is a fake shoe - look at the smaller swoosh on the medial side. That is not to say that the real Vomero doesn't look like this or is similar because this was faked/copied from something.

100% counterfeit. Nike prototypes have been showing up in Nike clearing house stores recently- specifically the white version of this vomero shown here.
100% fake. Packaging is all off and the shoe itself looks very cheaply constructed.
