Hey I was just wondering if there is any safe way to shrink a pair of XC spikes. I have Nike zoom victory 5's. They are a little to big and I was wondering if there was any way to shrink them safely? Thanks.

I guess you could boil them, I wouldn't recommend it because it will be unpredictable. I would just go to Ross, Burlington, or Marshalls and get a new pair of spikes for $20.
No but you could wear two pairs of socks or a thicker pair of socks.
You can put an insole in, that can make them feel a lot smaller.
Personally if they simply don't fit correctly and you have the money I would go and get a new pair. Nikes from a few seasons ago will be better than nikes that are too large for your foot. Especially with a spike - it will be slipping around and you will lose traction.
