Looks to me like it's a missed opportunity to ban someone who I would consider very likely to actually be doping. Regardless of whatever explanation, it's sad that she got away with it on a technicality.
Same thing for Christian Coleman and his first issue with whereabouts. While I think Coleman is less likely to be doping than Eid Naser, it's pretty sad that he could have three violations in a span of 12 months and be cleared because of some convoluted rule.
I'm highly skeptical of any of the hired mercenaries to Bahrain and the like. Ruth Jebet, Albert Rop, Hassan Chani, Oluwakemi Adekoya, Eunice Kirwa, etc.
Also, why do these cases take months and months to sort out? We still have no news about Coleman.
Definitely agree with you on all counts. It sounds like a messy system unfortunately. It is interesting that during 2020, a year when most of us stayed at home more than any other year in the past, so many people couldn't be found at their homes to be drug-tested.
I definitely am very skeptical of Naser at this point. Coleman...I'm skeptical of him as well, but, as you said, we don't know what will ultimately happen to him yet.
