I think 200 is the high end of the normal range. It is a cause for checking since it is a sign of muscle damage, but that might be normal for you.
That's not crazy high, but it's a little high. Rhabdo is nothing to mess around with though. You need your kidneys.
just eat some more protein and you'll be fine.
