His coach is Lee Troop, not "Lee." And there are no secrets, it's less about the workout details than having the recovery and motivation to put them in week on week on month on year. If you want to be a workout hero on Youtube or Strava then this might not work out for you and you can wind up like the vast majority of counterproductive dreamers instead of emulating Riley.
