What shape am I in for 1500?
70-80 miles per week average so far this year
4 mile tempo's starting at 5:20 finishing at 4:55
8 mile progressions starting at 5:40 finishing at 5:10
But hardly any 1500 work other than a few 200's in 30 or 300's in 45 after workouts.
